The room was beautiful and cozy, had central heating, a laptop-compatible safe, and flat-screen television. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, walk-in showers worked well...
Don’t have any issues at all.

The room with good bathroom. The hotel had a central setting close to everything. Further, it was just next door to Cafe Clock- which was amazing, the Batha Fountain roundabout where a lot of taxis stop, and the Medina and restaurants.
Nothing to complain about at all!

The rooms at Riad Shama Fes are cozy and comfortable, with a flat-screen TV for some relaxed entertainment. I loved having a private bathroom in my room, complete with a bidet and complimentary toiletries. The patio with a lake view was a lovely spot to unwind and enjoy the serene surroundings. The balcony with a mountain view in the twin/double room was absolutely breathtaking. The private entrance in the double room added an extra touch of privacy and convenience.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the safety deposit box provided in the units. Others might find it useful, though.

The hotel was incredibly beautiful and offered affordable prices. the room was big size and quiet with good bathroom. - the staff was super friendly. - A mini bar fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, and a dining area were great. - Particularly good location - only a short distance to everywhere we needed. My revised version: The hotel is stunning and budget-friendly. the room was spacious, peaceful, with a nice bathroom. the staff members were extremely friendly and accommodating. Having a mini bar fridge, tea and coffee amenities, and a dining area added to the convenience. the location was perfect, just a short distance away from everywhere we wanted to go.

We got great value for our money at Riad Shama in Fes. The room was comfortable with AC, and the location was convenient for sightseeing. The staff, especially Hussein and Zacharia, were very good too make us feel welcome and were always there to help us out.
The only thing that could have made the morning meal better at Riad Shama was if there were more options to choose from.

I had a nice stay at Riad Shama. The Arabic decor was fine and the hotel was immaculate. The highlight of my trip was the very nice hospitality of the staff, particularly Hussein and Zacharia, who made me feel welcome. The flexible check-in and check-out was a plus, and the tea upon arrival was a thoughtful touch. Despite a minor issue with the pillows, the comfortable beds ensured a restful sleep. I appreciated the guidance provided by the staff about navigating the city and avoiding false guides. The affordable price and generous breakfast only added to the overall excellent experience. Without a doubt, I would choose Riad Shama again if I return to this beautiful city. I highly recommend this hotel.
